I work at the intersection of the body, mind, and spirit. These aspects of our humanity are intrinsically connected. Our bodies are wise and hold so much information. Herbal medicine can nourish the gut, strengthen the cardiovascular system, build deep immune resiliency, ease stress and tension, and help us transform long-standing patterns that we hold in our physical form. Herbal medicine can improve our quality of life.
Custom Botanical Formulation
I create custom formulated herbal medicine as part of our work together. I make medicine from plants that I grow in my apothecary garden or gather respectfully and with reciprocity in wild places. These formulas are tailored specifically to you and are included in the cost of your session.
